- Manage office and patient rooms while doctor is offsite- Create and update patient files; maintain confidentiality and filing system- Organize and maintain cleanliness of the office workspace and patient rooms- Develop and nurture strong relationship with the doctor’s other working facilities, including coordinating procedures in-house and across sites- Handle billing and physical and electronic payments, including following up with patients and insurance companies for unpaid procedures- Train staff in billing and administrative processes
