As an Internship and Innovation Pathways Coordinator at Medway High School and a Master's student in Educational Policy at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development, I am passionate about creating a culture of innovation, change, and personal growth wherever I go. I am an aspiring researcher and economist with a particular interest in how education impacts workforce development and economic trends, and how organizational structure can impact workforce engagement.I have multiple skills and certifications in program building, team building, training and development, research methodology, data analysis, and synthesizing and communicating to a diverse audience of stakeholders, which I apply to my current and previous roles as a teacher, a research assistant, and an organizational leader. I am also fluent in American Sign Language, which enables me to communicate with diverse populations and foster inclusion and accessibility. My goal is to inspire innovation, change, and personal growth in myself and others, while grounding myself in data-based logic. I am always open to learning new things and challenging myself to achieve more.
