I am currently teaching P.E, Games and Swimming at Dulwich Prep London, the largest boys’ prep school in the U.K. Previously, Teacher of P.E and Head of Athletics at Audenshaw School in Manchester.I also spent five fantastic years at Leighton Park School, an ‘outstanding’ independent school in Berkshire as Teacher of PE and Head of Rugby. In between these teaching posts I travelled to Japan for the Rugby World Cup and then onto Taiwan and Australia. My time away from teaching allowed me to develop in areas I am passionate about, physical and mental wellbeing. During my time away from teaching I completed my first Ironman triathlon and won several heats in CrossFit competitions. Since returning I have continued in the pursuit of excellent fitness and have run a double marathon and completed several triathlons including another Ironman! Leading a healthy active lifestyle is extremely important to me and I am passionate about motivating the next generation to do so and help them reach their potential. I am always looking for the next challenge; progression in the same school or a new environment.
