Collaborated with existing CPS resources and new NS CBD resources to ensure on-time and under-budget project completion with no interruption to existing CPS processes.New Spectrum CBD is a recently conceived company under the operations and infrastructure of Custom Processing Services, with the express goal of producing high quality botanical oils. After designing, installing, and starting up New Spectrum's main production line, I was asked to serve as New Spectrum's Chief Technical Officer. As Chief Technical Officer my role is to oversee the operation, maintenance, utilization, and expansion of the technical capabilities of New Spectrum. This includes the management of capital-funded future projects, as well as developing and implementing training and maintenance procedures. At times my role requires me to work hand-in production managers and on-floor operators to solve day-to-day problems, as well as offer my counsel on the strategic planning of New Spectrum's future. Designing and optimizing chemical processes to model the purification of extracted-methane in conjunction with Dr. Jonas Baltrusaitis and Professor William Luyben. Multiple designs are being explored, including complex reactive separation as well as amine driven absorption. The processes designed are meant to be profitable while being energy efficient and environmentally conscious.
