My current role at YESS is providing phone-based home energy assessments and advice to residential customers across Australia. These assessments are primarily for people in financial or social hardship, to assist them with reducing utility costs and getting on top of energy bill debt. I also provide Residential Efficiency Scorecard assessments and home improvement advice in the greater Adelaide area. Since February 2022, I am also one half of the training team for the national Residential Efficiency Scorecard, providing software and program training for all newly accredited Scorecard assessors in the country. As part of a minority community, I am delighted to be able to offer assistance to vulnerable Australians, and as a relative newcomer to the energy industry, I am honoured to help educate a new generation of trusted residential energy efficiency experts.
