Monitor and Run Technician• Training in Taiwan for 1 year• Work in office based remote operations environment in a command center using Microsoft Office products daily• Using 25 or more software applications• Utilize technical aptitude process analysis, issue escalation, monitor process times, and work collaboratively• Learning chip manufacturing process and stay informed on procedural changes• Monitor integrated tools to ensure proper function of automated tools• Assist in executing daily functions of department including data collection and analysis• In charge of tool stability monitoring and partnering with supporting departments to bring unstable processes or tools back to baseline• Trainer for new hiresCLIP Technician/Production Control Technician• Calculate, handle, and push all priority products, new customer designs, and customer redesigns to meet output criteria• Co-work with other sections/departments and call engineers, section managers, or higher to ensure products are handled within set output criteria• Problem solve when products are stopped for any reason and inform who is responsible as well informing my leader and managers on why• Co-work within my section to have tools prepared for scheduled priority products

Assemble semiconductor machines and subassemblies using work instructions, schematics, measurement tools and use varieties of hand tools while in a cleanroomInspect all parts making sure they are up to Lam Standard qualityTroubleshoot and escalate any issues to leads and supervisorsDocument any issues through Lam computer systemsConstantly check stock, shortages, build overview, and order any parts needed through SAP5S at all times to keep a clean work environmentAssist in rework needed for downed tools to keep production flowingWork efficiently to meet production schedules, test dates, and shipment dates
