As manager of loss prevention and profit protection for three busy grade A stores, my roleincluded traditional loss prevention planning and implementation, health and safety,policy and process auditing, management of cash operations and budgets for internaldepartments both retail and administrative. I also conducted all staff related investigationsand recruitment functions, implementing a staffing review and consolidation to meet business requirements as part of a 6 month restructuring project.
