As a Project Manager and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), I apply my skills and knowledge in team development and problem solving to manage complex and diverse projects. I have over 20 years of experience in the US Navy, where I currently serve as a Chief Petty Officer, leading and mentoring a team of military and civilians. I also apply my Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership education from UMass Global, to enhance my leadership and communication abilities. My mission is to support the development and delivery of innovative and effective training solutions for the Navy and other military branches. I am passionate about advancing my field of expertise in project management and organizational leadership, and I value collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
