As Associate Director, Global Expert Management I hold two core responsibilities:1) Management of VisasQ/Coleman’s Global Fulfillment function, which partners with our Client Management organization (APAC, EMEA, US) in growing Global revenue across our Management Consulting, Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Corporate, and Mutual Fund client segments. In this role, I oversee 3 Teams in 4 locations (Los Angeles, Raleigh, London, Hong Kong) including 2 Managers and a staff of 16 Associates.2) Management of Coleman’s global expert database and expert engagement practices, including the utilization rate, organic growth, and overall expert experience. Additionally, I support:-Internal and external user product enhancement through coordination between our IT Product and Client Management team's-The integration of business operations and client service between Coleman and parent company VisasQ -Core initiatives set out by VisasQ/Coleman's leadership team

-Primary responsibility is to partner with our Client Management organization (APAC, EMEA, US) in growing Global revenue-Oversee two teams of Client Associates (7 direct reports) based in Raleigh and London as well as a Client Operations Manager in Hong Kong. These team members execute project work on behalf of Global Investment Management and Management Consultancy clients-Act as the US point of contact for Management Consulting, Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, and Private Equity clients based in Western Europe, Asia, and Australia. -Support our Operation's division and Executive team in identifying organizational inefficiencies and highlight/implement solutions to increase revenue/profit margin

-Responsible for supporting our Client Management organization (APAC, EMEA) in growing Global revenue-Oversee a team of Client Associates based in Raleigh who execute project work on behalf of Global clients -Manage high-priority client projects across a variety of industry sectors -Coordinate with Global clients and client managers to maintain and strengthen relationships -Leverage Microsoft PowerBi to make informed decisions on resource allocation and project prioritization-Assist fellow managers with Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates, edits, reports, and configuration-Assist organization in improving standard operating procedures and workflows

-Collaborating with Investment Firms on market research and assisting them with assessing potential consultants.-Partnering with EMEA, APAC and US teams to service client research needs by following key industry catalysts across consumer, energy, financial services, healthcare, media and technology sectors, and monitoring client 13-F filings.-Utilizing Power BI analytics to build strategies to increase penetration, analyze client usage for Coleman’s research products to optimize project performance and outreach to analysts at hedge funds, private equity firms and management consultancies to ensure generation of quarterly revenue goals.-Research distributors, suppliers, competitors of various markets, companies, and product lines.-Briefing executives on consultation topics.-Keeping up-to-date with current events in the financial markets-Establishing new relationships with industry professionals and building upon existing ones.-Identifying and recruiting experts that meet our client's specifications-Qualifying/vetting experts for consultations with clients
