I supervise and manage four people in running the restaurant.

I coordinated various committees for the Students’ Society Bèta Gamma (SVBG) at the University of Amsterdam. As chairman I was responsible for - the recruitment of students,- human resources management; motivating the team while focussing on creativity, collecting ideas and evaluating individual progress,- appointing and supervising a project manager,- long term planning and appointing a successor.In this particular committee, I collaborated with the board to reorganise the students’ organisation for greater efficiency and transparency.

I wrote a business plan ‘Meestuderen’, which will be implemented by the university for 600 future students. The goal of this project is to get the second-generation immigrants involved and interested in the natural sciences.

To celebrate ten years of Bèta Gamma, I coordinated a three day conference on global problems, which was concluded with a benefit party. The money was donated to an Africa fund, which gave two people the opportunity to study for a year.

As founder of this committee I was mainly involved with infrastructure and training project managers to creatively organise events. Five events were organised with attendees ranging from 150 to 450 attendees each.

Main task was to discuss and evaluate the education programme with the associated lecturers.

In a team of seven I organised a three-day introduction trip for first-year students.
