I am the Technical Marketing & ESG Specialist, and I wear a lot of hats at Cyber Acoustics. I manage and edit the Cyber Acoustics website, social media accounts, and Shopify parts store. I work on multiple Amazon initiatives, including content creation, advertising, answering customer questions, responding to and tracking negative reviews, and updating our store front page. I also take pictures, make videos, and create visual content for many of the Cyber Acoustics products and projects. I work directly with the Director of Marketing, Susie Hayne, on the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives. Additionally, I handle product warranty claims and inbound tech support and assist with identifying recurring product problems. Lastly, I coordinate our recycling and reuse initiatives.
