With a rich background spanning over a decade in the cannabis industry, I have evolved from a hands-on cultivator to a strategic commercial sales manager and an entrepreneurial pioneer. My career took off with a focus on plant science and horticulture, laying the foundation for my later roles in business growth and operational leadership.In 2017, I co-founded Lemonati Family Farms in Michigan, a highlight of my career, leading the company's development until my move to Viola Brands in 2022. As the head of Michigan operations, I played a key role in the brand’s expansion until the end of the year. My early career at GNC as a regional sales and training manager, and at HTG Supply as a commercial sales manager, contributed to my diverse skill set, particularly in sales strategy and horticultural supply.Leveraging my educational background in governmental affairs and my project management experience, I've made significant contributions to the cannabis industry. I've successfully led over a dozen cannabis licensing applications, overseen multiple facility buildouts, and developed operational SOPs and KPIs for various organizations.Key Achievements:
