• Asset manager for over 125 MW of projects owned and operated by Coronal Energy• Monitoring and analysis of real-time and historical plant data to identify performance issues• Management and tracking of performance issues from identification through resolution• Contract management of operations and maintenance subcontractors, vendors and consultants • Provide input on annual operating budgets based on historical and forecasted expenses• Creation of power purchase invoices to utilities and review of utility statements• Preparation of operations and maintenance estimates for development and financing• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to lenders, regulators and utilities • Participation in greenfield project development, contract origination and strategy campaigns• Conduct due diligence review of operating projects and projects in development for acquisition• Development of asset management practices, policies, tools and documentation• Represent asset managements requirements and interests in project implementation teams• Review project documentation (such as the financing agreements, lease, power purchase agreement, use permits interconnection agreement, etc.) and develop a compliance checklist prior to plant on-boarding and commercial operation

• Project manager for the construction of a 66kV substation, which was transferred to Southern California Edison (SCE) upon completion• Project manager and owner’s representative during the construction of over 100 MW of solar projects located in CA, ON, OR, & NC• Management of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, independent engineers and consultants• Creation of energy simulations (PVSYST) and conceptual drawing packages (AutoCAD)• Participation in greenfield project development, contract origination and strategy campaigns• Conduct due diligence review of operating projects and projects in development. • Acquisition of a complex, multi-phased, shovel-ready 44 MW solar project located in CA • Assist finance and legal teams during tax equity and debt financing of projects• Development of tools, schedules and templates for project management • Various asset management duties (described in further detail above) such as subcontractor management, issue tracking, utility invoicing and reporting.

• Review RFP’s from utilities, municipalities, IPP’s, military and large system integrators to determine the technical and commercial requirements to respond• Development of proposals, content, technical descriptions, project scheduled and SOQ’s • Create preliminary designs, energy simulations and photorealistic renderings to support RFP responses, contract negotiations and project permitting• Estimator duties such as take-off, estimates, vendor, supplier and subcontractor abstracts, scope of work creation, assumptions and clarifications, responsibility matrices and value engineering• Site surveys and evaluation for technical feasibility and to determine any unforeseen conditions• Preliminary financial modeling and commercial rate analysis

• Creation of financial payback proposals to Sunkits end-use customers using Clean Power Finance• Provide equipment quotations, preliminary drawings and BOM creation for residential and commercial systems to channel partners (authorized distributors and integrators)• Creation of detailed mechanical and electrical diagrams for Sunkits product purchasers• Major role in the development and implementation of the Sunkits commercial quotes and design services desk• Sales of approximately 500kW of Sunkits while working as a design technician including the first sale of a Sunkit over 100kW in size

• Updating organizational structure, funding criteria and student and community outreach methods• Facilitation of grant writing and financial training workshops• Review of student organization grant applications • Allocation of funds to sustainable campus projects and organizations

• Creation of drawing packages and BOM for residential and commercial solar installations• Warehouse inventory control and assembly of installation kits• Regular trips to various AHJ’s to submit plans, answer questions and pull project permits• Assistance with the installation of roof and ground mounted residential systems• Sales support assistance through renderings, energy simulations, roof measurements, etc.
