Viken Detection produces Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) X-ray systems. I helped build their Osprey product, a vehicle X-ray system, as one of the first engineers on the project. Selected and implemented the technical stack for the Django-based web API server. Collaborated with Android Developers and Data Scientists to create API endpoints that served their needs. Written several Python, Bash, and Ansible scripts.

Taunton, Massachusetts

General Dynamics, a leading military contractor, hired me to help the US Army automate the provisioning of their combat communication system. Worked on the Windows DevOps team as a leading member to implement application silent installs, OS configurations, Department of Defense (DoD) compliant security patches, and writing PowerShell scripts to help other departments automate administrative tasks. Earned A Mission Excellence Award for my outstanding technical contribution.

Greater Boston Area

PointRoll offered a browser-based tool for creating customized advertisement banners as a SaaS product. Worked collaboratively with 15+ developers to enhance the application. Managed a desktop application and its DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket + TeamCity) on my own. Participated in company wide Agile SAFe training. Coded scalable and reusable libraries using OOP design patterns. Received acknowledgment bonus for my contributions.

Boston Productions develops interactive kiosks for museums. I worked on various applications, both collaboratively and independently. My role involved building software libraries for screen & hardware interaction, audio recording & visualization, and Facebook integration. I also developed code for different input devices like touch sensors, touchscreens, joysticks, and arcade buttons. One of my projects included updating software for a Hershey Chocolate World kiosk.

Horizon House operates several high-traffic websites that provide technology news. During my employment there, various front-end and back-end tasks were performed to keep the websites running smoothly. The development of ASP and PHP forms enabled the collection of required data from users, granting them access to exclusive white papers upon submission. Regular refreshing of banner advertisements using HTML and JavaScript was also a routine responsibility.

Cramer specializes in marketing services. My role involved developing interactive CD-ROMs that illustrated medical and surgical procedures. The multimedia players were developed to inject its dynamic video and caption content via XML files. The now-obsolete ActionScript, a Java-like programming language, was used to develop these highly interactive libraries.
