Alex Ballard serves as an investment sales analyst with a core focus on multifamily investment transactions. His expertise encompasses financial modeling, analysis, and a deep understanding of various markets across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.Prior to his role at Northmarq, Alex held a position as a financial analyst at CPX, an investment sales brokerage in Seattle. There, he concentrated on multiple asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and manufactured housing. Preceding his 1.5-year tenure at CPX, Alex spent over 2 years in Dallas, TX, working with Wellington Realty. During his time at Wellington, Alex fulfilled two roles: acting as a broker within the investment sales team, successfully contributing to the sale of over $100 million of commercial real estate, and serving as a financial analyst/controller for the property management team, managing a substantial portfolio of more than 1,500 multifamily units.Alex attained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northwest University in 2019, during which he was also an active member of the men’s soccer team.
