Mr. Molina is involved with the development of a Risk Management Framework (RMF) package for individual systems, a system with applications or the application alone.Mr. Molina is the lead engineer on the installation and configuration of the Solarwinds Log and Event Manager audit collecting application.Mr. Molina is the lead Information System Security Officer (ISSO) on gathering the necessary documentation for the submittal of Interim Authority to Test (IATT) packages.Mr. Molina is a team member of the Solarwinds training team and lead instructor.

As the Team Lead/Principal Analyst, Mr. Molina managed the administration, deployment and upgrade of a Protection Level 3 (PL3) accredited network for OSD. Lead and managed the schedule of the Information Systems Administration team.Mr. Molina worked closely with the government Program Manager to ensure deliverables were met and were within the fiscal year budget.Mr. Molina installed Point of Presence (POP) equipment to establish connectivity to the PL3 network. The POP equipment consists of Cisco Routers, Switches, Crypto device, and Server.Mr. Molina configured the Router, Switches and Crypto device in order to allow Network Operational Center administrators to manage the devices.Mr. Molina installed and configured encryption devices- KG175D and KG75A.Mr. Molina conducted Site Surveys and collected customer requirements for the PL3 network.Mr. Molina installed PL3 workstations, Polycoms, printers, scanners, and VoIP for customers in the Continental US.Mr. Molina conducted meetings with the Program Manager staff to ensure proper equipment was ordered for all sites.Mr. Molina coordinated schedules with corporate on shipping of equipment and with the customers to conduct the install.Mr. Molina provided excellent IT customer support for any related issue with the POP, workstations and all equipment.
