Studying, Learning & Practicing to stay one step ahead as the automotive industry and consumers continue to evolve towards a digital age in the way they shop and purchase. My responsibilities also include managing the CRC team, scheduling, marketing and coaching them. Continually working on our retail and OEM Ford websites to maximize our online presence and also managing all of our third party vendors to maximize our ROI.

Implementation Launch Coordinator Responsibilities Include: Managing the 30 - 60 day timeline for the new account implementation. Engagement and communication with all steak holders in the dealership / auto group through the implementation time line. Managing cross departmental communication with the Sales, Training and the Performance Management teams. Working with the dealership / auto group to construct the CRM to meet all intentions for their purchase. Work with all teams and steak holders throughout the time line and have them pre paired for our trainers to arrive and launch the CRM live.

Performance ManagerResponsibilities Included:Working with the dealership / auto group post training and go live date to keep the dealership engaged and ensure that were maximizing the CRM to its full potential, this was completed by weekly and monthly communications scheduled with the leadership team to ensure their engagement in the tool. Manage internal communications to help resolve any concerns the dealer may have.

Dealer Development Manager Responsibilities Included:Monitoring account products, calling on dealers to upsell new and missing products that were not part of the original purpose. Working with dealers to fill sticker / price guide orders. Assisting the support team with an concerns the dealership experienced. Attending Digital Dealer and NADA conferences as support to the sales team running demos out of the booth in the convention hall. Working with active dealers by way of WebEx to help support and continue training in the CRM.
