With my model, I can run hypothetical scenarios to see what the 5 year outlook is for proposed changes. Balancing debt products, asset types, and solving unique problems is what keeps this exciting! Through lessons learned on my own dime, I now broker deals for investors who are looking to grow their own portfolio.
