• Lead a multi-disciplined team, interfacing with vendors, process engineers, process integration, equipment engineering, and facilities maintenance. Collected stakeholder feedback, established problem definitions, drafted need statements and requirements, assigned quantifiable specifications for new and novel semi-conductor processes, and conducted new equipment trade studies. These activities culminated in a proposal to Equipment Review Board for the purchase of program sponsored equipment in excess of $1.6M.• Conducted root cause analysis to resolve defective/failed equipment and non-compliant processes. Worked with vendor(s) to remotely diagnose and repair multiple mechanical and software failures. Coordinated and initiated vendor service activities and performed necessary post-maintenance calibration, and qualification.• Completed the test & evaluation of automated high viscosity novolak resin application systems for thin-film coating of 150mm and 200mm semi-standard silicon substrates. Analyzed data and corrected recipe parameters to configure process performance according to specifications.

• Created standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new tool procurement, installation, and qualification. • Implemented my change management project to support ATL semiconductor nanofabrication plant which is spending $110M on 43 new tools in 2022-23.• Worked with junior and senior engineers, technicians, and managers to get feedback and alignment from different departments. • Received hands on experience inside the plant applying SOPs I created to tool installation and qualification.
