- Reporting to the Managing Director in Norway, alongside the sales directors across all business segments in HP Norway (End User, Channel, PC & Print). Additionally, I have grown to take on the responsibility of Nordic Retail, a segment roughly the size of HP Norway PC.- Through forecasting and sales funnel management reviews I have improved my presentation skills and become comfortable & confident when presenting to market level management.- Sales letter preparation and quota deployment has developed my critical thinking and helped me understand when push-back is needed towards global guidelines and requests.- Working through an ERP (SAP) change/update has taught me how to deal with imperfect data, and increased my problem solving skills and analytical thinking.- Monitoring our market share performance on a weekly basis and in several different segments has helped me become more aware of the commercial side of my role and how to impact it.- Building PowerBI dashboards from scratch has made me an advanced user of Power Query & Power Pivot both in excel and apps such as PowerBI. Combining 20+ different data sources to build insightful overview for senior management.- Working in HP where most of the local employees are sales resources has forced me to always look at data with a commercial mindset, where I'm constantly challenged to help sales make smart decisions to increase revenue, margin & market share.- Some of my main tasks are; Reporting, data management, data analysis, RAD model, funnel reviews, forecasting, quota allocation, powerBI, power query, power pivot.
