CurrentTechnical Lead of Innovation Department, with focus on Industrial Work Surface, Kognitwin.Driving innovation at KDI by continuously evaluate, develop and integrate Generative AI, and advancing technologies like XR, into the core product.Provide guidance to teams across KDI and partners to build IWS, from data ingestion, contextualization and visualization to user experiences.AI @ Innovation:- Brought Asset Copilot and AI Search features to real users in production environments like LNGC, Shell, etc.- Created Reasoning Engine framework to utilize LLMs and other GenAI functions in Kognitwin.- Continue to drive KDI AI road map with Innovation team and the rest of the Technical Organization.- Develop ReasoningOps to accelerate AI iteration cycle and ensure scalable, transparent and responsible AI.- Continue to co-engineer AI functions with Microsoft Spyker team.DataOps with App Framework and Foundation Backend:- Working closely with 2 foundation teams on Data Portal to bring self-service and scalability to IWS data and deployment processes.- Establish ReasoningOps as the first Data Portal extension; serving as the example for other KDI teams.- Continue to provide core concepts and building blocks for IWS.Cross-team responsibilities:- Provide technical directions and guidance to Innovation teams in Amsterdam and India, as well as other KDI teams.- Promote and enforce alignment between other team leads and tech leads, providing common context for discussions, especially core technical decisions.- Enforce pragmatic and consistent experience across features developed by different teams, reducing internal silos.- Continue to demonstrate current and future capabilities of IWS via pilot with partners, PoCs and demos.- Continue to delegate technical ownership of features and concepts originating from the old Foundation team to other teams.
