Our team helps businesses and organizations to populate relevant data in order to use it for email marketing.

At Lawnstarters the main objective was learning the in's and out's and being able to easily adapt to the internal tools being used such as SalesForce, and Live chat. My main tasks would include but not limited to general outreach to clients, provide support when needed, able to work in customer service, and provide a daily report. I also had the opportunity to work in different departments which involved recruiting providers, working closely with the sales depart and getting more customers.

I primarily worked with various campaigns selling and upselling to existing clients. We'd often use Desk.com to track the overall activity and ensure our clients were being attended to.

Worked on several campaigns such as healthcare, education, cruise. Often exceeding my quota for the month and providing and overall great working experience to my employer and colleagues.
