In my Junior Marketing Analyst role, I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving. While I am independently motivated, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings. I have developed excellent interpersonal skills during my time as a manager and as an analyst, I have presented my work to a variety of audiences including company directors, so I understand what it takes to get information/ data across to different types of audiences effectively. Moreover, I am a self-driven and diligent individual who works well under pressure, I understand the importance of meeting deadlines, whilst providing an exceptional standard of work. I have strong written and verbal skills, with a high attention to detail and organisational skills. I graduated with a first class honours in Business Management and HR (BA), then to further my education and knowledge I went on to do a Masters in Marketing (MSC). During the course of my education at University, throughout my degree and onto my masters, I worked at Mcdonald's, progressing my way up to Manager, whilst only being part time. Furthermore, not only did this allow me to considerably improve my time management and organisation skills, but provided me with the opportunity to learn valuable team management skills and working under pressure. I was project leader in multiple group tasks throughout University, in which i thoroughly relished the challenge, it gave me an invaluable experience of managing a team and improving my leadership skills, and what it takes to create a positive team working environment/ dynamic, to ensure we were all on the path to success. During my Masters, I once again had the opportunity to work directly with Ikano Bank, as a project leader in a consultation project. The objective was to provide them with an action plan on how to improve communication throughout the company and various departments, creating professional and realistic solutions that would be used in their actual work environment. The project was a huge success for both parties, Ikano were overwhelmed with the quality and professionalism of our recommendations, and hence as a team we were awarded a high distinction.
