I am an undergraduate student of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) studying for a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. I love everything about space and I am a part of the student organization Icarus Sounding Rocket Program (ISRP) and Embry-Riddle Future Space Exploration and Development Society (ERFSEDS). I am currently involved with a research project within ISRP that is focusing on the active de-spin of high-powered rockets during flight. I am the avionics lead of this research team; I have been designing all the electronics related to the rocket as well as ensuring proper integration and interfacing with the airframe. We have plans to scale up our design for our eventual Space Shot Sub-Orbital Sounding Rocket to prevent ballistic re-entry during descent. In regards to ERFSEDS, I am active in several projects such as Prometheus, and Trailblazer. I have my NAR Level 1 High Power Rocketry Certification and I am currently developing and researching my next high-power rocket for a Level 2 High Power Rocketry Certification.
