About Alexander Rogachev

Over my 10 years of career the world of marketing research has taught me, that there is nothing impossible - nowadays even with a small budget and absence if time your possibilities can be limitless. My moto as a insights professional is "Don’t Google it, CMI it", because in ever CMI role I had I’ve always tried to build a high level of credibility, which would encourage my business partners to approach me with any possible issue, being sure I’ll be able to help. I am a very much result oriented person, so what motivates me the most is when I see that my recommendations are not just taken into account, but are brought into action and have visible impact on business, this is yet another reason why being credible is largely important. My Purpose is “To help people smile their way out of problems”, first of all, because I truly believe that only with a positive attitude you can survive in our VUCA world and don’t let the stress to eat you from within, but also because in my spare time I like practicing stand-up writing – it really helps to develop out of the box thinking and find not obvious ways of connecting different patterns of information (which is very much similar to finding Insights). Also I’m a fan of intellectual team quizzes, as it allows to train the brain even off-work, but also teaches to listen to the team members and make right logical connections (again, very much similar to Insight finding).
