With over 15 years of experience in stadium operations and event management, I am a Commercial Director at FC LNZ, a professional football club in Ukraine. I am responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational activities of the club, including planning and budgeting, sponsorship and partnership, revenue increase and brand development, safety and security, maintenance and upgrading, project management and contract negotiation. I have a strong background in stadium operations and implementation of big infrastructural projects, having completed a certification from the Event & Venue Management Institute and a master's degree in economics. I have a passion for creating memorable and engaging experiences for fans, visitors, and partners, and I have successfully organized and hosted various events, from international football matches to concerts to corporate events.
