From the beginning of work in civil aviation, I’ve changed some Airlines and directions of engineer profession, starting from maintenance planning department with Airbus A320/321, through engineering with Boeing 777 fleet and finished now in technical coordination of line and base maintenance in Maintenance Coordination and Control with Boeing 737/757/767. During this period, I’ve also had a chance to get an experience of scientific development work in Research Institute. It was programming of some logic for avionic units, that are installed on Russian civil A/C. Short, but interesting period of my life.While working in business aviation, I’ve managing different fleets, with different registrations (BCAA and RCAA), developing different maintenance programs (such as MSG-3 and MSG-2 based) and Minimum Equipment List for these fleets (Hawker and Embraer 135BJ).On my current position as Lead Engineer of Maintenance Coordination and Control department, I’m in touch with almost all maintenance activity in company, by being representative in Maintenance and Repair Organizations as well as remote control of it. So, I’ve had a chance to watch on maintenance from the inside and outside. Successfully finished about 20 Heavy Maintenance Checks (ex C-Check, ex S4C-check – structure check) and A/C deliveries, numerous events like Landing Gears replacement (from starting of overhauls up to installation on A/C), ex A-Check, A/C inspection checks, Engine Change, etc.
