• To present for the current and potential customers products and services from portfolio (X-Rays, Interventional Radiology, Computed Tomography, Ultrasound and so on) being the central point of product expertise• To analyse products development, competition, customers’ requirements• To be in touch with product suppliers, work on offers, requests, technical product specifications, configurations• To consult and support sales and line managers by presentations and technical support• To facilitate projects realizations• To work on product recognition and customers loyalty• To participate in coordination of daily work of sales department

• To manage after sales initiatives providing connection between central office, factories, dealers and end customers• To communicate daily with dealers and end customers regarding technical service support remotely • To assist dealers with installations and service delivery performance at customer sites• To provide technical and product trainings for dealers and end customers• To participate in exhibitions supporting sales team• To promote and develop service delivery performance in the assigned region

• Technical and administrative support for Commercial Partnership Programme, assistance for the Programme Manager (manufacturing transfer operations)• Planning, implementing and controlling quality, capabilities and performance of related industrial operational processes to provide delivery of on-site operational maintenance• Quality assurance and control according to the industry’s and organizations regulations and standards, continuous improvement involvement• Post-Production and Post-Sales technical support• Claims and communications channel on daily base• Development and maintenance work relationships within the company, with partners and customers• Clinical Application training support• Ongoing service support in the role of Senior Service Engineer

Duties: Installation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, upgrades in CT modality and UPS from third side - To follow all quality standards within the frame of valid PHC (Philips Healthcare) CEE and Philips Russia business policies - To conform to PHC safety standards including health and safety regulations and in the event of hazards or accidents to take immediate control of the situations and involve the Service Manager and/or responsible person - To be a professional representative for PMS with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with PHC policy and targets - Keep up to date with relevant technical information and knowledge, work out self development and carrier development plans - Follow up to inventory and asset management. Maintain the diagnostics equipment, mobile PCs and other tools in proper condition
