A passionate advocate for substantive social change and equity for all, utilizing my privileges and abilities the best I can. Recent college graduate in four years with honors in General Education from Chico State. With undiagnosed and untreated moderate to severe ADHD for 23 years I am in the 9.1% of those who even graduate college let alone succeed as I have due to my privilege. I try to bring awareness to the significant impact this disorder has on executive functioning and the consequences of misdiagnosis/non-treatment.Now after being medicated for ADHD, I am more motivated than ever (There is a pun here somewhere...) to bring more equitable as well as accessible resources, opportunities and safety nets for those who do not benefit from the privileges I benefit from everyday. This includes policy advocacy as well as bringing awareness to disparities in basic needs and access through the work I do everyday.Almost three collective years of fine-dining experience, two years of professional advocacy, and over 6 total years of being employed since sixteen years old have shaped my experience, diplomacy, and ability to make such an equitable, and accessible world possible.
