Roles & Responsibilities: Directed HES aspects of PGPC drilling operations to ensure accordance with the HSE Management Systems, OSH standards, procedures, programs. Revised and improved the Bridging Document between Chevron, Philippine Geothermal Production Company and DESCO Incorporated and its Sub-contractors and conducted inspections, audits and Gap Analysis on-site to ensure closure of the gap/s Acts as Advisor to more than 80 personnel daily to ensure compliance and commitment to HES regulations Participate in developed strategies for emergency response, confined space safe entry, permit to work, working at heights, food safety (facility management, hygiene, food transport, handling, storage, disposal) Conduct and Facilitate various HSE trainings for Incident-Free Operations (IFO) to more than 200 personnel consisting of contractors/sub-contractors including drivers and kitchen crew Coordinate and support the implementation of HES Management System (HESMS) & EMS (Emergency Management System), including program implementation, audits, inspections, contractor HES program support, and other HES activities applicable to PGPC well servicing operation. Implements Audit schedule and manages same on behalf of Well Services HES Advisor. Provide mentorship to Well Servicing staff in the application of all company and regulatory HES related policies and procedures Conducts inspections and compliance audits against applicable performance standards for both client and contractor equipment and service. Coordinates and/or leads incident investigations and monitors incident close out progress. Active participant in contractor safety meetings. . Provide HES inspection of well servicing rigs and associated equipment / tools to ensure they are sound / properly guarded. Routinely inspect Safe Work Practices and instruct team members on their proper application. Liaise between Well Servicing and HES Team any HES related issues that may arise.
