Worked at Vaimo as Project/Program Manager of Helly Hansen ecommerce projects (www.hellyhansen.com and www.hhworkwear.com).Key achievements:- the size of the delivery team grew from 7 people in the end of 2019 to 14 people in the beginning of 2021 without any performance and/or delivery degradation (the customer had additionally secured several more people before I left the company), in almost 2 years only one developer left the team/company;- Helly Hansen online revenue has grown by 112% 2020 vs 2019;- production releases happened every 1 or 2 weeks with bigger projects having been delivered in chunks using proper planning and feature flags (toggles);- I was partially involved in product ownership by having been delegated day to day priority decisions;- I was involved in technical and architecture management (handled or was a part of vendor integration discoveries and tech solutions; helped resolve several critical flaws in vendor integrations).Key projects managed and delivered end-to-end under Helly Hansen program:- enabling global sales (from 20 shop-able countries online to whole world minus 8 exceptions);- Vaimo's first ever implementation of Adobe Experience Manager as a content management system;- two-way integration with a third party system responsible for smart merchandising and search on the website (average daily orders number increased organically after switching to the new merchandising system);- two-way integration with SalesForce CRM for streamlined customer management and customer/order data analysis.
