Recently I decided to take the leap and explore a career change in a field that combines my two lifelong passions: technology and tinkering. I am working towards my Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, and as a part of the program I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and hardware management. It has been a difficult journey but I can't wait to see where this path leads. I started working with technology when I was kid. I started by taking apart old radios, tvs, vcrs, and really anything I could get my hands on. It take long before I was exploring inner workings of an old gateway computer. After that I was hooked to the point that I build my very first computer out of spare parts just to see if I could make it work. Now I spend my free time learning all I can about computers trying to keep tabs on what's coming next. I am excited to explore the world of tech. I would love to connect with other individuals in the IT sphere and learn from their experiences. I am confident that my eagerness to soak in as much knowledge as I can will make me a quick study, a reliable ally, and an incredible asset to your team.
