I joined Gist in 2020 as a Transport Team Manager, and quickly progressed to a Developing Logistics Manager role, before becoming a Logistics Manager in 2022.I am passionate about creating a healthy working culture that fosters collaboration, learning, and growth among my team members. I have proven success in managing a budget, working to operational KPIs and financial targets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. I hold IOSH and International CPC qualifications, and I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
