I'm a senior solution architect. My primary focus is on architecting and delivering competitive, enterprise-scale IT Service and Infrastructure Management solutions.My role is to lead deal pursuit, architecture, design, and delivery of IT Service Management solutions, especially in the areas of Incident- and Problem Management, Configuration-, Change and Release Management, Operations Management, and specification and implementation of process as well as technical interfaces. I am experienced in implementing ITIL processes, the HPE Service Management Reference Model and using the IT4IT reference architecture.My current main focus is on process validation and design as well as technology consulting for ITIL Service Support processes. Having deep knowledge in the Microfocus software portfolio and 3rd party products as well as knowledge of key security technologies in the areas of PKI, encryption and others I an experienced in designing solution architectures in large scale IT projects.
