Served as the Corporate Administrator for Fannie Mae which tasked me with the yearly re-certification of the bank, constant data collection, and completion of monthly and quarterly reporting. Managed Mortgage Secondary Marketing activities for MB which included locking mortgage interest rates, delivering whole loans to GSE's and correspondent lenders, and repurchasing mortgages from FNMA when loans were found to be non-compliant. In my tenure, I spearheaded a project which allowed our portfolio mortgage interest rates to populate on MB's automated pricing system (Encompass Product and Pricing Service). The result benefited the business line by removing keystroke error and allowed for a seamless lock desk experience. This process has since been adopted by Mechanic's Bank.
