Worked as a supervisor under the David's Restaurant group (Oriental Teahouse, David's, Zhou Zhou) for 2020.An interesting time to be in hospitality I assisted with transitioning the business to other forms of service such as Providore. This role provided a good backing while I completed my Honours year at the University of Melbourne.
