 Prepared SEOs for all events while coordinating with the catering, production and operations departments to effectively execute any event detail. Serving as the Point of Contact for clients during their events to fulfill their contract/SEO. Fulfilled donation requests for the Fisher Cats Foundation and any special event ticket requests. Coordinated events such as NCAA baseball Super Regionals, graduations, chamber mixers, and other public city-wide events of up to 6,500 guests.

 Monitored the crowd and assisted guests during events such as arena football games, hockey games, and concerts.  Ensured the arena's conduct and safety policies were upheld and worked with emergency personnel if needed. Occasionally worked as a runner to run errands for talent and clients during major concerts.

 Responsible for all venue operational quality aspects for efficient functionality and service from the beginning of events all the way through to the billing. Direct contact for clients to ensure their visions for their events were executed correctly. Supervised a staff of up to 25 people including: banquet supervisors, servers, and bartenders. Developed service plans/timelines and ran pre-shifts for every event.  Developed service standards and implemented those standards for the banquet department. Responsible for weekly supply orders and coordination with vendors for deliveries.  Calculated and prepared payroll for the banquet department and determined sales projections. Responsible for hiring and development of all levels of the banquet service team, including employee evaluations. Responsible for all departmental inventories including rotation, establishing par levels, and periodic physical inventories.  Performed closing duties including, but not limited to: accounting for the cash drawers at the end of the night, event billing, and ensuring facility safety protocols were met.

 Coordinated sales opportunities and managed client relationships through email correspondence, personal meetings, or phone calls about upcoming events at Bracco. Conducted interviews for prospective hosts and servers. Directed and supervised the staff responsible for events such as: wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, and retirement parties.  Prepared and executed the BEOs for each client and their event. Direct manager for all hosts and responsible for weekly staff schedule. Managed all aspects of the front of house during volume rushes and resolved conflicts. Developed experience with multiple POS systems, including the Aloha POS system.

 Assisted arena's management staff to gain insights into multiple aspects of events such as: event coordination, scheduling, staffing, billing, event booking, contract settlements between the clients/promoters and the arena, technical equipment, and the overall management of the events. Communicated with clients (including promoters and suite holders) and tenants of the arena (Texas Tech University basketball and volleyball teams) to ensure all of their expectations for their events or games were met such as: room allocation/utilization, food pre-orders, load-in/load-out requirements, and security measures.  Assisted with the management of the arena's website.

 Performed administrative duties including: Answering phone calls, organizing office spaces, and printing/copying.  Gained insight into the PSL (Personal Seat License) program and the management of season ticket holders.

 Primary supervisor and community contact for fifty college dormitory residents. Performed office/administration experience along with weekly residence hall officer responsibilities. Coordinated weekly and monthly events for residents which increased community cohesiveness.
