My role was to revitalize the Vision Quest (Rite-of-Passage) program which entailed the creation of resource manuals, providing preventative solutions for potential client safety risks, working with directors to order materials necessary for the program’s success, and to train other facilitators in proper protocols. The role allowed me to practice the skills of project management, supervising, and teaching.
