Specialized in business law dispute resolution - in particular in the fields of contract law, construction law, shareholder disputes, telecoms, distribution law, product liability, and post-M&A litigation. A substantial portion of my practice also consists in advising listed companies in the mining and telecom sectors in Africa (in particular in the DRC, Burkina Faso and Cameroon).Have also represented clients in non-judicial proceedings relating to proceedings conducted by governmental and administrative bodies, including:• Representation of mining companies in the DRC before the ministerial commissions, such as before the Commission for the Revisitation of Mining Contracts, and in negotiation sessions with para-statal entities and/or Government officials (in particular with the Mining and Portfolio Ministries);• Representation of the French Ice Sports Federation in disciplinary proceedings brought before the International Skating Union in Lausanne concerning alleged voting agreements in the context of artistic skating events at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.Admitted to the New York Bar (1991) and the Paris Bar (1996).Spécialisations : International arbitration whether institutional or ad hoc (in particular ICC and Uncitral), as counsel and arbitrator.
