I serve as an expert on KnowledgeAdvisors's leading analytics system, Metrics that Matter®. I collaborate with a cross-functional team of individuals to optimize the measurement solutions of a portfolio of global corporations including a number of Fortune 100 companies. I ensure the technology solution is aligned to the business's evolving needs and is continuing to drive performance improvement.

In my role as a Sr. Solutions Manager I serve as an expert on Metrics that Matter®, KnowledgeAdvisors's flagship software solution for learning measurement evaluation. I lead technology implementations and integrations and collaborate with a cross-functional team of individuals to optimize the measurement solutions of a strategic portfolio of global corporations including a number of Fortune 100 companies. I also act as an escalated point of support and coach/mentor junior members of the team.

My primary responsibilities are:1. Project management of technology implementations and integrations.2. Architecting solutions for clients based on their business needs.3. Acting as an escalation point for customer support and an expert on the technology product.4. Lead product training sessions to educate clients on technology functionality.5. Manage the overall relationship with clients through collaboration with the Sales Team.

Project Specialists work within the Services Team to help implement and support technology solutions for a portfolio of corporate and government clients.Responsibilities:1. Assist in implementing technology solutions for enterprise clients by configuring accounts, surveys, reports, etc. 2. Provide customer support to clients by researching inquiries and issues. 3. Lead product training sessions to educate clients on technology functionality. 4. Prepare and audit custom reports using Microsoft Excel, Access, or PowerPoint. 5. Consult with clients to provide recommendations for learning measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
