CurrentI oversee the daily operations of our diesel truck and equipment repair shop. My role involves supervising and managing a team of skilled diesel technicians and service staff, scheduling and assigning repair and maintenance tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion, and monitoring and improving service department efficiency and productivity. Additionally, I ensure all work is performed according to industry standards and safety regulations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
