Through the Department of Industrial Engineering, I supported instruction for the course, IE 1054, entitled Productivity Analysis. Additionally, I was required to maintain and update a student gradebook, and arrange/hold weekly office hours to assist students one-on-one with homework questions and course concepts.

As an Engineering Ambassador through Pitt's Swanson School of Engineering, my mission is to assist prospective engineering students with the college selection process through tours and information sessions. I give weekly guided and personalized tours of Benedum Engineering Hall and present brief information sessions about the Swanson School of Engineering to prospective students and their families. I am required to be knowledgeable about all engineering departments, engineering laboratories, student services, academic advising, and student organizations that the Swanson School of Engineering offers. I assist in high school campus visits as requested by the Associate Director of Recruitment, and facilitate and operate various Admitted Student Programs that includes participation on a student panel presentation.

As a Program Manager intern for the Amazon Transportation Services department, I supervised and facilitated long-term and large-scope projects to optimize the overall efficiency of warehouse/fulfillment operations nation-wide.
