After the realization set in that I will not be making it as a pro NBA player (I wasn’t close) I spent many evenings learning the world of business seeking the dream role that was out of reach. Having a large passion for music it is to no surprise that I now work in the music industry which rewards me for helping people realize their potential and setting them on their way to achieving their goals.After one year of running a music website all by my lonesome connecting with artists across the world, I managed to grow a social media platform that gained over 100,000 followers across all social media platforms while conducting 20+ interviews. Following the 1 year mark of running my music website, I was offered the position of Vice President at Rolling Rich Records, an independent record label based out of Toronto. After two years of learning the complex business requirements of running a new age record label in a new industry, I found that it would be in my best interest to start my own business and leave the Record Label I helped create. Stainless Visions is a new age Creative Agency that focuses on truly partnering with the artists to help them think differently. As an artist management consultant, coaching the talent I work with to attain the unattainable is what motivates me to continuously improve in this ever evolving music industry.
