As an Entitlements Project Coordinator, I work closely with state, county, and local departments across the country along with clients and other design professionals to expedite the land development and building permit process. A main task is entitlements research to provide our client and team with the submittal requirements and timeframes. Once the plans are completed, I assist in quality control and manage the submission of the plans with the permitting submittal requirements through permit issuance.Throughout the permitting process I consistently communicate with the jurisdiction, client, and design teams to guide the project to completion. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other design professionals is key to obtain quality data and analysis. Recently, I have also been tasked to be part of a team using LiDAR cameras that generate an immersive tour of properties that can provide extraordinary data to our architect team for site surveys.

During my tenure as Director of Retail Operations, I directly managed 5 different locations and implemented policies to strategically increase revenue and key metrics. Raw data was analyzed to determine the success of project initiatives and used as information for future initiatives as well as sharing with other teams for overall company success. Analyzed data was shared with the executive team to relay successes or discuss opportunities for future growth. Building and maintaining rapport with clients/partners was a major aspect of success. Creating a stakeholder engagement plan was a neccessity to manage information flow to buying team, executive team, and clients/partners.
