By applying agile working methods, Alexander worked on developing a new B2B portal for customer orders that contained payment flow with many integrations. Alexander's task was primarily to draw up proposals based on customer agreements and demand solution proposals together with the development supplier. He had a lot of contact with the business to gain an understanding of business value in the proposed solutions. He worked solution-oriented and always pushed the work forward because they had a tight deadline for Go-live. He has contributed in his knowledge how to set up processes between development and requirement team he also helped UX-team in the development of the UI together with development team.

As an Incident Manager Alexander was responsible for upholding Service Level Agreements in POL payroll management systems containing 69 companies in private sector. He coordinated resources to resolve major incidents, fed progress information to the customers, POLs executive committee and other stakeholders, wrote incident reports and visualized statistics for countermeasures purposes in the future. In that time Alexander was also involved in a project of introducing organisation to Team Foundation Server (TFS) for managing Incidents and Support Question and Service Requests with accordance to ITIL. He played a key role in the requirement stages to adapt TFS to fit POLs needs, educated and provided instructional manuals to organisation and also setup operational and test environments both for customers and POLs organisation. He was also responsible for creating processes, manuals for managing of customer service requests in POL organization.

He was involved in different projects for example change of the graphical profile, creation of new payment system, create new functionality in current system and more. The goal was to design and create system documentation that captures the user requirements. Beyond the system specification he has suggested to make small system improvements to make the system more useful to the end user without affecting cost of the project.

As a tester in Bankgirot Management at CGI Alexander was involved in test projects and also change requests from the customer. In role as a tester he made estimations, design, functional and system testing of many different, mostly web based bank systems. He has also to some extent tested at mainframe- and XML- level.
