Duties: Resource planning for new HR-systems, based in the Corporate Cloud and made with using open source software in Kubernetes shell, assembling management (from documentation development and approving, task planning and coordination of teams from different departments of Company, to system starting), DevOps team coordination in assembling tasks. Coordinate analytics team in technical documentation development. Achievements: During current work I created coordinated model of relations between different departments of Company to achieve faster results of technical development ready-to-use solutions (all of it's landscapes, as a DEV, TEST, PROD). Also I helped to make easier task and time planning for the DevOps team in the system deployment processes.

Supervising the project documentation flow. Interaction with relates departments of IT-security, Hardware and Net departments. Interaction with the Corporate IT-security department and same departments of subsidiary Companies to get the approvals and organize an IT-security attestation.Achievements: for the Customer (PO) – the “UIS Quality” was started in the almost all of NPP construction places of the Rosatom (excl. the Hanhikkivi-1 Project, but it’s not our fault) and with all of planned functions. The nonconformity management, realized in the UIS Quality system, allowed to start the real Quality Management for all of NPP construction processes and to manage the root reasons much earlier than it will became the problems. For me – I’ve updated my System architecture skills to very strong level and expand my knowledges of International standards (like the GDPR, for example) and the International IT-system development.

Detailed duties: 1. Planning, estimating and management of Unified Corporate system implementation projects (the system has based on the 1C:Accounting, 1C:HRM, 1C:DFM, 1C:CPM modules of the 1C:Enterprize Platform), that has been as a part of a Shared Service Center services implementation projects. Synchronization of the IT tasks in the transformation projects with an organizational tasks of an accounting functions centralization into the Shared Service Center.2. Managing of sub-projects of the functional extension of a Corporate 1C:CMP system (in a part of treasury functions, IFRS, contractual accounting, budgeting, corporate procurement and MDM functions). 3. Supervising of the projects of an IT and accounting functions transferring into the Shared Service Center for the non-Corporate Clients of Rostelecom Shared Service Center, for example - the Mostransavto Company (the passenger bus-lines of the whole Moscow Region, 36+ filial, 22000+ employees), synchronization of the Supplier’s and Contractor’s workgroups.Achievements: for the SSC of Rostelecom: 60+ subsidiaries are working in the one unified IT system using one corporate standards and rules. Unified IT-System includes accounting, HR, CPM, reporting and else functions. Centrally supporting and updating makes by corporate support team by the one patch, which made less supporting costs. For me: I’ve updated my PM skills, team motivation and coordination skills, update knowledge in the CPM-systems area, in the IFRS automation area.
