Mary and I have been growing our own fruit and vegetables in a plot at the back of our garden for almost 11 yearsStarting with potatoes, we have experimented with peas, beans, courgettes, tomatoes, squash, lettuce, cucumber, onions, garlic, sweet corn, as well as red currents, black currents, blackberries, apples, rhubarb. All with varying degrees of success.
