I was entrusted with establishing a youth department in our organization. My central priorities focus on sustainable development, team cohesion, brand building, setting pragmatic yet ambitious objectives, and efficient resource utilisation.A year into this venture, we've sculpted a robust framework of full-time staff and youth volunteer leaders. We engage over 300 registered youth members, work with over 30 like-minded organisations, maintain a weekly flow of events, and host an active presence on Telegram and Instagram.Our unwavering mission is to engage and empower youths through meaningful activities, helping them to explore their potential while embracing their connection to the community.

As we navigated the shift back to pre-COVID level of operations, I ensured a smooth transition of our department to its fully operational state. With the resumption of large-scale activities and more frequent events, our team ramped up volunteer recruitment and training, effectively increased resource deployment, and consistently provided welfare and care to our dedicated volunteers to prevent fatigue and burnout.

I oversee a dynamic pool of over 1,000 active volunteers. Additionally, we recruit and train 200 new members annually. My role ensures the strategic deployment of about 200 volunteers weekly across various events and activities.Additionally, I've spearheaded initiatives that enabled our organization to navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as volunteer communication campaigns, welfare initiatives, and community engagement projects.

Serving as a Marymount SMC Racial and Religious Harmony Circle member under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), I am dedicated to fostering racial and religious harmony in the community. My role includes collaborating with various religious, ethnic, and community groups to build trust and understanding and organising inter-faith and inter-ethnic themed activities to enrich community appreciation for diverse faiths, beliefs, and practices.Aligned with the Harmony Circle Coordinating Council and partner organisations across Singapore, I support efforts to enhance racial and religious harmony. My duties entail initiating community engagement programs and representing Marymount Harmony Circle in different forums. This role has enriched my experience in community development and social harmony, reinforcing my dedication to creating a more inclusive society.

Led a team in the regiment and supervised the armoury. I was privileged to represent the force in Germany during 2018 and 2019 as part of the Singapore-Germany bilateral training exercises.

During my internship with the local preschool chain, I assisted in developing marketing and business strategies. My contributions spanned digital media, traditional advertising, and parent communications. Additionally, I aided in the firm's application for a productivity and innovation credit scheme.
