My role as Business Solutions Consultant requires me to support the Repair, Recoveries and Construction elements of the business in a data-centric capacity. I am responsible for Artemis’ MI and reports, data analytics and I aid the financial forecasting and Accounts team when budgeting. I also liaise with our systems administrators to develop and improve our claims and business management systems. Working with system and software providers to further enhance our service, my role involves the development of processes and applications to enhance our offering to the markets in which we operate.

As Business Process Lead, my role requires me to support senior management in meeting the principles and rules set by our clients. The department is required to review business processes of the company and make sure they adhere to industry regulations. Job roles include; complaints investigation (both external and internal), monitoring and providing management information (MI), maintaining and developing compliance procedures throughout the company, approving processes and communicating company policies to other members of the business.Management information reports are a significant part of my role, and are distributed to our client base on a monthly basis alongside internal reports which are reviewed by senior management within the business.

As a Data Analyst sitting within the Compliance Team, my primary role was to compile management information reports and then distribute internally to senior management, or externally to our clients. I also had a hand in developing processes in regards to how we used and managed the data we had available, including compiling data sheets to project future performance and subsequent analysis of the forecasts.
