    My current position calls for me to assist front line agents in troubleshooting and resolution of technical server issues that are reported. I have a responsibility to give attention to ticketed issues and track new and current issues in order to report its status to higher tiers of support. I work with bash, linux, dovecot, exim, whm, and cpanel. Some issues are coding issues with php, html, javascript and css along with multiple CMS services. I am able to run scans and have the ability to view a servers performance and deactivate any account that may negatively affecting the shared environment. Do to my tools and access to resolve issues, I have the ability to impact the customers success in a positive manner and affect their support experience. When possible, I provide related information to the customer in order to inform and teach about the issues they are encountering and make suggestions on how to avoid any reoccurrence.
